Measuring and Fitting

Please get a second person to assist.

If measuring between existing wooden posts or brick pillars, please measure the top, bottom, and middle to get a good accurate gap figure.

We advise that you use the smallest of the measurements to ensure your gates will fit.

Don't forget to deduct wooden post sizes if measuring between brick work and wood posts are to be attached to the brickwork.

Next Hinge and Hang tolerances have to be deducted. This will depend on the ironmongory to be used

It is always best to double check the measurements.
